Our Raw Honey is unheated and unfiltered and as it naturally comes from the hive. The texture of our honey varies by season. In the fall/winter months it is a solid cystallized texture similar to a spreadable butter. This is a result of the fall flowers that the bees produce honey from.  In the summer months the consistency is liquid and the flavor lighter as the bees forage from a variety of local nectar sources which differ from the fall sources.
